Lizard decorating, part 3

I ordered brushes —

— because a) I wasn’t willing to risk my actual brushes with enamel paint, and b) I liked the grips on these, since I know I’m going to be doing hundreds of little tiny lines and dots — and I did some testing of each one with gouache.

Not pictured: I took a white paint pen and wrote each brush’s size up near the ferrule so that when they’re lying around or standing in a jar I don’t have to pick up each one and rotate it to see the size I’m looking for.

Some test dots and spirals:

Next up: testing the enamel paint on a metal surface.
