Two quickies today, for our hardcore writers.

If you have trouble keeping your fingers on the keyboard, just hammering out words, try WriteNext. It’s a free spot on the interwebs that turns your writing into a competition with yourself. It tracks your wordcount, gives you tons of feedback like badges and stuff, and essentially gamifies your writing process.

You can create/save multiple documents, and as you can see in the screenshot above you have options about getting your text out of the website and into readers’ hands.

It’s cleanly designed and works as advertised.
