With every potential collaborator for William Blake’s Inn, I am asking them to answer the following questions for themselves before they jump into the process:

  1. What has to be settled before [organization] can commit?

  2. What are deal breakers for you?

  3. What would you like [organization] to get out of this?

  4. How might you limit your participation/collaboration?

  5. What are your requirements to participate? (money, credit, etc)

  6. What would you be able to offer to the project?

They don’t have to answer me on the spot, but I do want them to consider what it means to join the effort. I hope to avoid potential conflicts by doing this. I’ll keep you posted.
